Terms of Service
These terms describe how hotels and travelers may use Anchor for Hotels, AnchorAI, and Anchor Connect. They are a working draft pending legal review.
Hotel subscriptions
AnchorAI for Hotels is billed at $45 per property, per month (or $450 per property, per year), through Stripe. Billing is per active property. You can add or remove properties, and your bill changes accordingly. There is no setup fee and you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Approval and activation
New accounts are reviewed and approved by Anchor before they can subscribe and publish. Until approved, an account is read-only. Anchor may decline or suspend an account that does not meet quality or verification requirements.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling stops future charges and deactivates the hotel's listing at the end of the current period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed. Refunds, when issued, are processed through Stripe.
Traveler bookings
When you book through AnchorAI, your reservation is created directly with the hotel or an authorized provider. The hotel's rates, taxes, fees, and cancellation policies apply and are shown before you confirm. Anchor is not the merchant of record for hotel stays unless expressly stated.
Accurate information
Rates, availability, taxes, fees, and policies come from the hotel's system and are re-checked before booking. Anchor does not invent prices or availability. Hotels are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, or use the AI agents to submit unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Anchor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. (This section in particular requires legal review before launch.)
